Be rest assured that Hijama Cupping Therapy is a safe procedure if performed correctly. A full assessment is carried out during the first consultation then reviewed during follow up appointments.

 

Clients are advised to fast for a minimum of 3 hours prior to their treatment to obtain maximum benefits. You will be reminded of this advice when you book an appointment.

 

To note, whilst Cupping Therapy has no major side effects:

 

WARNING: Individuals who have been prescribed anticoagulant medication (Warfarin/Heparin etc) cannot be treated with wet cupping. However, dry and/or massage cupping is an alternative option.
